As part of the TÜBİTAK Science Talks program, Aksaray Science and Art Center will host a special event on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 6:30 PM. The talk, titled “In the Footsteps of Green: The Unique Plant Diversity of Türkiye,” will be presented by Prof. Dr. Mehtap TEKŞEN.
Targeted at middle school students, the session will focus on Türkiye’s rich plant biodiversity, endemic species, and the importance of protecting nature. The event aims to spark students’ scientific curiosity and raise environmental awareness.
Supported by TÜBİTAK, this Science Talk is part of a nationwide initiative to connect scientists with students and promote a broader culture of science.
