The project titled “Development of a Polypropylene-Based Active and Intelligent Food Packaging Material Containing Gallic Acid and Aspirin,” prepared under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Zeynep Karahaliloğlu, a faculty member in our department, has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK 1002 Rapid Support Program.
The project aims to develop an innovative active and intelligent food packaging material for the protection of food products and the monitoring of their freshness. Prof. Dr. Baki Hazer is serving as a researcher on the project.
