As part of TÜBİTAK Science Talks, a special event was held at Aksaray Science and Art Center on May 8, 2025. Prof. Dr. Mehtap Tekşen gave a presentation titled "In the Footsteps of Green: Turkey’s Unique Plant Diversity" to middle school students.
The talk focused on Turkey’s rich plant life and the importance of nature conservation. The event aimed to raise students’ environmental awareness and nurture their scientific curiosity.
