On January 24, 2025, a "Unit Self-Evaluation Meeting" was held in our Faculty's conference hall. The purpose of the meeting was to plan according to national and international quality standards, monitor and evaluate the outcomes, establish a corporate quality memory, and create a department-based reporting system by implementing an internal quality control system. After Dean Prof. Dr. Talat BARAN provided information and made assessments regarding our university’s quality and accreditation processes, administrative staff member Yılmaz BARAN presented details about our Faculty's Self-Evaluation Report and the key points departments should focus on when preparing the reports. The program, which was attended by our department's faculty members, including Biology Department Head Prof. Dr. Kamile ÖZTÜRK and our department's quality coordinator Dr. Lecturer Zeycan HELVACI, concluded with a Q&A session with the unit managers of the faculty.
